AmazingPhil with Eyeliner

Alright, I guess I have some explaining to do. First off, I literally have not drawn in, like, half a year. Not even serious doodles on the side of my page. Nothing. So this is pretty rough. Second, I think I need to explain the eyeliner. So, originally I was planning on drawing a girl. I did the face, the eyes, part of the nose, then realized I really wanted to draw Phil's hair. So I started doing that and then the drawing slowly transformed into Phil. I had already done the eyes in charcoal so... there was no going back. Sorry, he looks very feminine (you should have seen him when he still had girl eyebrows). But ya, i tried to make the features a bit more manly. Also, I do not have a scanner, so this was taken with an IPad. I know, the horror. For pencils I used Soft Crabon Sketch, B pencil, 2B pencil, Extra Black Charcoal, 2B medium charcoal, 4B soft charcoal, and toilet paper for shading. Again, the horror. If you guys think this... isnt terrible, then feel free to make a request for a new drawing. im trying to get back into it. I definitely need to work on it.... a lot. Sorry for the terrible everything. Also, Phil's pose is original, so it was much harder to draw. Have any of you noticed he almost always tilts his head to the left?
